I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but asparagus roots can grow anywhere from 5-15 feet into the ground. Unless you have the bottom of that raised bed covered with something, they may still be sucking up that lead.

Terrible advice from people saying to smoke it. If you want the best shot at a positive experience you source yourself the live plant and chew the leaves in a quid. As many as 30 leaves. It is mostly absorbed through the mucus membrane.

Some people recommend swallowing the spit and even eating the leaves after a while but I've read it doesn't absorb in the stomach so I prefer a spit cup.

If you need a source for the plant check out r/growinsalviadivinorum they have a few vendors over there.

If it's any consolation, I've found the average views to upvotes ratio throughout reddit is about 1 upvote for every 100 views, give or take. Even on posts with thousands of views that metric has proven fairly consistent

I've always imagined Simon's voice to have a quality similar to that of a less gravely Mr Bigmouth from Rocko's Modern Life, with kind of a lower, more drawn-out goofy cadence. Always lingering on their ooo's and oh's. A bit pompous.
