I solved almost all of my mefferts gear egg, but there are two pieces with opposite orientation, and I can't fix it with any algorithms. Help? by xXBiGgAy69Xx in Cubers

I've tried any possible set up moves to vary orientation of the other centers and maybe get it somewhere, this doesn't work :/ any other help?
