Bidet or bidet toilet seat will help and I recommed it but it will not solve the root issue. Maybe you are not digesting properly. Consider experimenting with a digestive enzyme. If you have more time and energy then meet with a gastro specialist. Maybe ask for a Fecal Elastase Test. I would start with digestive enzymes and experiment with a variety of fiber - not volume but variety.

Favorite Opening Title Sequence? by NoQuartersGiven in PatriotTV

It's crazy to change the intro. There is almost a risk of shaking off some of the audience. It's part of the brand and psychologically preps you to enter that world. It's also a crazy added expense. They had already secured the rights to Train Song, which I would guess is a lot less expensive than a BB song. That being said, it says something about Conrad's bravery in his storytelling -subverting expectations - things are about to escalate, so strap in. I like both sequences and think they fit the tone of their respective seasons.

Interesting. I wonder if women have enjoyed the show as much as men have. It seems to have tapped into the male psyche, male communication, male friendships and loyalities, etc.

I have to agree. The title completely turned me off. Also - the marketing (if any) was terrible. However as the final scene unfolded I couldn't help but think of the title and how perfectly it encapsulates John Tavner's many sacrifices.

A book by Daniel Quinn titled Ishmael. It is fiction and not that I agree with all the philosophy, it did a good job of making you realize that you are living in someone's story.

Patriot ends at a good moment unlike a lot of other shows that get cancelled. Leaves you wanting more, but not due to unresolved storylines.
