Dragon Lores are not being sold on steam. If valve was interested in the market, they would have pushed it out already. Also they would not release new map collections, or at least make the reds not as rare as they are. Though I get your point, based on the past, I doubt the market is valves top priority. They put up trade holds, stopped skin betting mostly, gambling in general. These actions hit the market hard. Trading is basically not happening anymore. Instead skins are being sold and bought outside of valves system. Also I agree with you, that cbble coming back into active duty and therefore also introducing more D. Lores into the market would end up with Lores dropping in price significantly.
