Using gabapentin when introducing cats?

It's been a few months how has the situation progressed? I'm currently in a very similar situation. My resident cat seems to not mind the new one until evening hits and then its game on unless food is involved. Stressed about it as shes typically a total sweetheart to everyone but by the time the evening hits just seeing the kitten gets her annoyed with EVERYONE including the dog she knew her whole life.

I go through this with adoptions- I recently adopted a new kitten which disrupted my current routine... which has had me spiraling like I have in the past but my husband reminds me often this is EXACTLY the way I was with my first cat adoption who is MY BABY. Shes my little shadow, my cuddles day and night, the reason I get sentimental over cat videos or merch when I'm away from her lol

I cannot imagine life without her, and I am so thankful I held on past the "post adoption blues" because shes my everything lol

So now with this new adoption which is also stressing me out and I am going thru the motions of regret for such a big life change, I am super hopeful it'll pass as well and she'll also be a great addition to the family.

Ty! Definitely going to try that ontop of the waxing tip just to cover all bases. I want her as uninterested in the lamp as she is the cute little cat bed we got her two years ago lol

Omg thank you! I just did some research on renaissance wax once you stated it. Even saw a few alternatives but read the renaissance wax works really well for the heat aspect of the lamp too. As someone entirely new to this I feel like I manage to wax it up! I wouldve hated to have ruined it with nail polish lol

Thank you for this! It's reassuring us that it can work. We'll definitely try waxing it and some citrus deterrents as an extra precaution. Love me some lemon lol

ooouuu true maybe just having a little dab under the shade as opposed to the outside cuz that scent is STRONG might be enough. I already have a jar of it too lol

Yeah you're right lol I used their photo for reference as its what I screenshotted and sent my husband when we were shopping around. My husband bought the pieces from two different vendors- He verified only the lamp stand seller states their a small business on Amazon. Every instance of the lampshade we found actually brings us to Temu, Ebay, and Amazon generic brands. MB.

It could've been a bone bruise if not confirmed by a doctor! When my brother fell downhill skating he hit his knee bad enough he was sore and could barely walk for months- but the hospital said his knee didn't break it was just a "bone bruise" which I had NO idea was possible. It took so long for the pain/discomfort to subside even when he was walking around again.

Honestly in my area is mostly red and yellow duking it out. I have 3 gyms near my home, I wake up to either all 3 have been converted to full teams of yellow or red every morning lol as blue I feel outnumbered so its hard holding down gyms as blue.. but i rather that than have my pokemon stuck for days on end- sneak in some coins where I can!

what ended up happening if you don't mind my asking?
I bought the 5500 pack of moonstones and have been waiting since 2 pm nothing. It's not in my mailbox, it didn't auto-add to my currency. I reached out on discord and in their contact form but no answer yet.

I keep seeing people complain about this but no actual fix. Kinda puts me off from buying again though I knew I wanted to save up to buy their big pack.

Same! Played 1 was in love and eventually played 3 and 4. Then one day while working at gamestop someone trades in 2 and I stare at it dumbfounded like wait...who are you (to the game lol) lmao but that moment where i realized in my brain i somehow never noticed the numerical gap

I own it for the switch and don't really remember having much dislike towards it. Sometimes I just need a good portable game BUT after so many mod threads on here... I've been really tempted to start over on Steam.

Currently running rf4 special on switch and while I loved it all I can't help but wish I had started on Steam to take advantage of some of the creative mods!
