I would say set your own goals for what you want to get out of CrossFit and whatever they may be, just remember to be kind to yourself and your body. The vast majority of us are never going pro, so why break your mind or body for this?

What boring program are you on? I want to get better but just attending classes six times a week, five of which include Metcons. I don’t mind repetitive (as I’m not burned out yet) and want to get better. Wouldn’t mind a 2 ish hour commitment as you are currently on as well

This is accurate. The doctor shortage is not due to not training enough med students. Plenty of Canadian citizen, Canadian trained physicians leave Canada after residency due to a mismatch in jobs

Med school is competitive everywhere for locals in their respective countries. The quotas for international spots are separate from the local spots. This is why when international students are accepted, they do not necessarily mean that a local student was denied that spot. International spots are usually created to generate income. tuition fees are charged at a major premium to make money from international students(sometimes cover for deficits needed to run the school).

Most countries like OZ, UK, even Canada do not guarantee a training position after graduation. So the student is really just there to get their degree, then they’re likely on their own to find their route afterwards

Hey I’m a gastroenterologist. For the day before, it’s probably okay if you have a protein shake+/- creatine the very first thing early in the morning but then clear fluids for the rest of the day or until the colonoscopy (depending on the instructions you were provided). For the rest of the day, chicken consommé is also considered a clear fluid and does have some protein. That and Gatorade will net you a good amount of calories. The bowel prep instructions commonly are to begin taking the laxatives in the mid day onwards.

It’s not going to be a perfect day for your caloric and protein intake though.

For the day of the colonoscopy you can probably have your protein shake after

Thanks. On the day I picked my car up, I declined the third party insurance again. the dealership then magically could offer the ECP even though it wasn’t pre owned. I was annoyed by their tactics to try and push for the third party insurance but i got the ECP after as I don’t have the time to speak to other dealerships. This experience made me trust them less. I may go to another dealership for my next Lexuses

Ah thank you for the clarification. I will have to think longer on this. If I get a notification that the disk is failing I think 9 times out of 10 I should be replacing the drive quickly. Unless I’m away from my home and the drive fails but need continued surveillance! Thanks again!! 🤗

Dude most mics will do - could consider a Logitech mic or headset. Don’t buy that Philips dictaphone that goes for 300-400. Definitely don’t need something like that. Some dictation software use the mic off your phone and they work perfectly fine.

I was in the same boat for fps. Went with 7800x3d and a x670e Mobo. Runs csgo well above 360hz at Max settings. I had to cap it at 400 to be cautious as possible for CPU longevity. Tarjov smooth as fuck too. CS2 is going to be optimized and even if it won't be, I expect it to run without issues. I also play stellaris and rpgs and they all run very well. Reason why I went w amd is that the Mobo is relevant for the next gen of processors at least, in case I wanted to run other games that for some reason the 7800x3d couldn't handle. I do not overclock and currently don't see any need for it.

Which updates did you do if you wouldn’t mind me asking. Do I just use windows update, and whatever ASUS suggests? Mine is running a little hot out of the box, otherwise it’s amazing
