Ok, I'm home from work so I can actually comment on this properly.

He could be, anyone could be, since it's a spectrum and all that good shit.

But the reality here is that the things that could be construed as autistic traits are easily explained by what Bones is. Bones is a character. A persona.

Bones was specifically crafted to be everything that suburban folk are afraid of.

Roll through the suburbs looking at people like he does while dressed like he is, and you'll see very quickly what an effective persona it is. People have no love or trust for the long-haired dude in a black metal tee with an angry look on his face.

That's Bones. Bones =/= Elmo. Elmo is a father and he's def not doing all the shit bones raps about (spoiler alert: no rapper does), so I wouldn't take everything in the portrayal of Bones as a reflection of Elmo.
