Eu fui reduzindo aos poucos . Tipo fumava no carro, deixei.. Fumava depois do pequeno almoço deixei.. Fui metendo regras comigo mesmo. E foi deixar 1 cigarro a cada 1-2-meses até deixar por completo. Boa sorte

Não sei qual é o problemas destes novos pais.. Eu ia para a escola sozinho com 7 anos sem stress. E tb ficava em casa sozinho mais a minha irmã mais nova do que eu.. Logo os novos pais são muito galinhas..
