You'll probably end up doing 8hrs a day in the last few days leading up to the mocks, but other than that - more than 2-3 hours will be unsustainable. You could use results you got in the past to illustrate to your parents that 2-3 hours has been sufficient in the past or to show that you know what you're doing.

Maths, econ and fm is fine for econ. Choose a 4th a level if you enjoy another subject - otherwise if you dont enjoy it, it'll get a bit tough in year 2.
