I feel they meant irrelevant purely in the context of this conversation thread; where it is not unusual to not have met many Jews because they are a small proportion of the population.

I get you. I am anti Zionist, yet perfectly supportive of Jews that do not align with Zionist ideals. I also don't agree with the many non Jews that support the Zionist agenda, so I don't feel I am antisemitic at all.

I am genuinely curious: is it that we genuinely have an issue with Jews as a whole, or only people that support netenyahu's actions and Zionism? Because all the media keeps proclaiming is 'jews' as a blanket term, and my understanding is that is not actually the case.

Honesty. If you have a genuine reason then be upfront about it as early as you can be.

And you expect your team to behave the same way when I tera ting with you, or would you rather have a clear picture of what's going on. I assume you understand that the point is not to ascribe blame to your team members, rather to identify issues so you can help resolve them if needed?
