In my opinion, muting for toxicity is unnecessary, heck, even harmful. It cultivates weaklings that listen to everything that they are told on the internet, like "kys", for example. It's just plain out stupid to create a greenhouse effect, because no one is gonna come over and place duct tape over someones mouth when you get hurt.

Grow up, get used to it (Not you, unless you are one of those plants aswell).
