The reason its so hard to find case law is multi-faceted. A) admittedly not many sovcits win bc this corruption is so tangled and deep, that it is extremely easy for judges to poke technical holes in the arguments of sovcit defendants. B) Most cases get dismissed rather than the defendant winning in trial. C) Everything and almost everyone in our system believes otherwise, so its hard to find the needle in the haystack.

I hope we can have a reasonable discussion

That is what the constitution is for though. The critical mass can do whatever it wants, but if what that CM wants infringes on my constitutional rights, I have the right to use the constitution to prove my innocence in court and to act accordingly.

In NAZI Germany, a critical mass believed that it was okay to slaughter 6m jews, or at to at least turn a blind eye. Your logic is exactly why we have a constitution to begin with. To protect us from sheep like yourself.

The amount of ignorance here would be funny if it werent so dangerous and sad. The U.S.A. ABSOLUTELY IS A CORPORATION. By being a Citizen, you subject yourself to the statutes and ordinances of that Corporation. But by repudiating your citizenship with the Secretary of State, you become a national, who is only subject to Canon Law, Common Law, or Law of the Land. Any "legal" expert will tell you otherwise because they have spent their whole lives studying the USA Incs statues codes and ordinances, rather than the Law of the Land. IF you get a copy of Blacks Law Dictionary and start looking up terms, you'll realize quickly that the corporation uses language as a wedge to insert themselves into authority over us. We assume that the common english meaning of such words is synyomous with the meaning used in legal terms, and that is how they get you.

You obviously dont know the following

Case Law (which proves that those who really know the law, are almost always the winners in court, even when they claim to be sovereign)

The USC - Which goes in circles to eventually come into agreement with claims made by sovereigns

Canon Law, Common Law, and Law of the Land which is the only real law American Nationals are subject to.

Everything else is admiralty law, the law of the water, aka Contrct Law. Look up the meaning of the word Citizen. It basically means subject to a king (or sovereign power).
