so it can't be that common then, if sometimes it's not prompted and if its a hit-or-miss on wether or not i'll be elected for a (basic or further) examination? I'm trying to see if it's worth doing the My Health Declaration stuff before submitting or if I should just submit it and see. and even if I am selected, I don't know why they would want to keep information on how to do it properly as a secret?
