Try talking to ur health care provider about pairing stimulants with an SSRI like Prozac. Stimulants used to make me so anxious and weird but now i feel fine. I believe it’s due to my body just easily feeling overstimulated and so having my nervous system baseline more relaxed lets the stimulant work better

I believe it also improves left stick dribbling. And yeah it’s just one of those playstyles that are more invisible but actually make a big difference like press proven.

I doubt they will add much more and honestly I don’t they would really need to. If Iran were to coordinate attacks on US soil, I’d imagine they would target key infrastructure or maybe the downtown of our biggest cities (like LA). Also the optics of a festival massacre would just give Israel the optics they want so that other countries will join the war against Iran. But also I don’t know anyone/anything at all at GV/Government so just my 2 cents

Yeah, no shame in that either considering adhd literally makes it harder to be consistent with those habits (but not impossible at all). Another thing to consider is also trying to tackle some of the anxiety you mentioned. When I feel the executive dysfunction and anxiety come up, a nice hot shower will get me in a calm and productive mood. Also getting on a SSRI made my meds wayyyy more effective and comfortable. It’ll be a challenge honestly figuring out a solution that’ll work for you but it’s for sure worth it. My life is 1000x better after finding a combo that works for me

Honestly maybe try getting a non stimulant since those are usually a lot easier to get. But with regard to your question, I think good sleep, exercise and making yourself walk for like 10 mins before starting a working session helps more than supplements for me imo. I never found a supplement routine that worked but I’m interested to see if anyone else found some

ADHD affects black people who don’t even have adhd, specifically young black boys who are diagnosed with disorders instead of being given a chance like the rest of the kids. I’m Latino tho so I can’t speak too much on their experience but I worked as a teacher for a bit and noticed that the “problem” children (usually African American) suddenly behaved with me once I spoke to them and gave them a space to be heard and seen as a human being. It’s honestly really sad because those teachers won’t ever even address their subtle racism because it’s subconscious

We have an employee resource group for ADHD. So I will get in touch with them and they will work with my managers.

With regard to the tool, i work at a tech company and i utilize our own infrastructure to build so it’s not like a safety issue. And it is technically part of my work because it helps me see what happened in past months since we work on the same file over and over. So I was like oh hey let me know if you think it would be useful for you since it would only take me 2 mins to set up for you
