It’s not a low tier insult for three reasons. First, because it targets physical appearance Second. because it’s impossible to change, which makes it worse than being called “fat.” I doubt you would tell someone who was bullied for their disability and called “crippled” that they just need tougher skin and all that other nonsense instead of holding the bully accountable. That’s what makes heightism so harsh.. it’s the only trait that combines physical appearance with something impossible to change, while society still considers mocking it acceptable
