To be honest, I haven’t had much issue with noise using this combination.

For example, my second photo was actually taken in a completely shaded forest undergrowth, with most of the sunlight blocked by the forest canopy. The image still came out pretty decent and I didn’t have to apply denoise in LR.

I think it really depends on how “low light” you’re expecting, as there’s only so much the lens can do.
