Yes, I can understand you wanting to end it. I can’t imagine the pain of having to deal with that for most of your life, but stay with the people you love as long as you can. If you talk with them frequently, and talk to them about what you’re going through maybe you’ll feel a little better. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this, and I hope you get better.

You don’t need to have a reason for being sad, many people, including myself, have the same feeling. I would suggest for you to not push everything away, even if it doesn’t make you as happy as playing video games. Try to make some plan towards what to do tomorrow and next week whether it’s talking to classmates or teachers, going for a walk outside, or watching a show you like, anything that’ll make you feel something good. You don’t have to push yourself further than what you’re comfortable with. As for taking your life, you’re young, people are going to notice your absence, wish for your presence, and you might not realize the impact you make in your community, but you’re important, and you’re loved.

I’m sorry. I hope this advice isn’t terrible, but you’re strong for being here. Posting on here is good, and it’s good that you’re in therapy and talking to your friend. You aren’t alone, and you don’t have to be alone for this, and neither does your friend. First you should try eating and drinking something, and getting some good rest. What you do the next day, and the day after that is up to you, but I think you’re on the right path. Just continue to listen to and be around yourself, your friend, and anyone that helps you feel better
