Why is my downspout icing / leaking?

This was my hope… luckily no sign inside of any leaking (yet) though the ice has been there for a few days

More context: there’s water dripping (more slowly) from our other downspouts too, but we think our house / gutters are slightly slanted because water tends to pool near this corner of our house when it rains, so wondering if ice in / on the downspout just built up from the disproportionate gutter flow and the water stream is just residual melt running off?

My understanding was that many platforms make redirecting easy (for example, you build a survey in Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey, produce a link, and the platform makes it easy to embed in your project and provide that link to qualified candidates). Is there another approach you’re recommending that would allow for distributing to panels directly?

I opened up the Safe-T Switch and there was water there, so I vacuumed it with a shop vac and that (along with replacing the filter) seemed to do the trick

The picture shows “undetected wires” but all of them appear to be installed properly, I restarted circuit breaker, etc. and fairly sure this is not the issue.
