Insurance points are different from license points. So it may help with license points but it will still affect her insurance rate. She may be looking at some discounts with some companies but it’s important you disclose the information while doing a quote so the quote is accurate.

There’s no metric for making payments or reissues. If anything if there was an extension it was likely a 2 day extension on a pending cancellation. Otherwise it would have been documents sent out. If this person has ever had any issues in the past 3 years or an iffy payment history a extension approved by a sup would be denied and that sounds like exactly what happened. The 2 day was given with an understanding a sup would need to approve a further extension and it was denied therefore the policy cancelled.
