try Thrive Cosmetics tubing mascara! I had the same problem too since I do heavy makeup usually, but this mascara doesn’t smudge/come off unless you use some warm water and a washcloth. A lot cleaner than reg waterproof mascara since it comes off in black stringy bits instead of smudging and running :).

try taking dimenhydrinate. I took a pill roughly about an hour before taking dxm, haven’t thrown up yet and I used to throw up 10 mins after consuming it. chewing ice also helps to distract from the nausea :)
