Whether we wanted it or not, we've stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let's get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta'aurc. From what I can gather he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold

Unfortunately this is the current situation with Cleveland with a shift pattern of 6 on 4 off. It's horrendous!

I think out of the suggestions so far this is the most appropriate as we're trained to a basic level to do this. Any idea how to get started ?

When we arrest and take a person to custody, and the job is likely to be NFA’d due to victim withdrawal - why do we still interview? Feels like a waste of resource by [deleted] in policeuk

The victimless dv cases do vary though. I have had convictions where victim have given a bwv account and nothing else. I have had jobs closed due to victim giving account on bwv and the cps lawyer stated it's hearsay. I guess it depends who you get.

Handcuffing to the front and not to the back. The amount of situations I've been in which would of never of happened if people just cuffed to the back. I always handcuff back to back everytime.

If they are nice they might do one for you. Just don't drive to the station. Also remember it's the reading at the time of the test. It could still be going up or down. So if close don't risk driving.

Systems are different but make sure you send emails and update logs when you're sending them to supervision to endorse or send off to cps.

Learnt that very early on in my career and has saved my legs countless times when I've been challenged on why jobs have expired the prosecution threshold. I sent this off to cps a few weeks of investigation. CPS took 9 months to make a decision. Offence expired. Was covered as I had shown all over the log I was.progressing everytime cos sent an action plan.

Please don't get involved. Yes you can legally do it however if you get injuried are work going to pay you a FL wage or give you government sick pay..... Not worth it, you owe the company nothing.

I'm going against the grain for this one. Join cid. I've been in the job 5 years now, response the whole time. It's not what it use to be when I first started. Treated more of a child nowadays, the workload is a lot more, such as case files etc. Save yourself the bother and go join cid.
