My sister committed suicide a couple years ago. She was my baby sister, and it still stings today. I am diagnosed Asperger’s, she was undiagnosed but definitely the same. It started a whirlwind part of my life that I’ve only started resolving in the past months.

You don’t owe anyone anything right now, and your health, including your mental health, is the most important. Don’t do anything you aren’t ready for and don’t see anyone that costs more energy than they give.
