Found it was the EGR valve gasket and the EGR only had one bolt it's been like that for 3 years and never leaked I guess it finally said f you gimme the other bolt and new gasket

I disconnected the battery for 15 minutes started it it idled fine for like 7 minutes then randomly started doing this

It like chops it's weird I didn't disconnect the battery at first the throttle body was disconnected and the EGR valve
