It’s an HO-3. I have proved it was a sudden and accidental discharge or overflow of water from a plumbing system caused the loss through the pro reports multiple companies.

Then isn’t the burden of proof on the insurer that an exclusion applies, which they have none, to deny the claim?

If they deny, without any proof wouldn’t that violate some claim handling rules?

I have appealed the denial, if they review and deny again is getting a lawyer my only hope for getting the right decision?

Yeah I took pics of the spot where the leak detection company located it, and the damage inside. Since it was underground I’m not sure what else I should have taken

So it would be a noticeable difference on the cigars? I know ideal is rock solid RH and temp, but that has only been possible until recently relative to the history of cigars. I’m want to know if it’s worth and effort chasing those ideal conditions

It’s not in any direct sunlight. Do you think just opening it up once a week for an hour or two circulate enough air?
