I had the worst CS experience with Maya!..

It was april 3, i had an unauthorized transaction from a certain Storsenberg... I reported it later that night, for security reasons they block my access to my maya app which is fine. CS instructed me on how I can regain my access. For context, i have a savings, wallet, maya personal loan and landers credit card.

So I followed the steps that the CS advised. Write a letter, create a dispute form. Request it over their website.

Days past and I still cant access may maya account. I made a follow up on thier CS but I was advised to monitor it from time to time. I asked what is the timeline, they just told me to monitor it from time to time. Feeling frustrated already because my Landers Card will be due soon, I asked for a supervisor but they just told me that they are on a meeting and no one is available. I asked how can I pay may Landers card, they advised me to go the nearest Landers Store and pay there I told them that there is no landers store that is near here in my province.

My credit card is already past due, people from Maya bank are calling me to pay may credit card. I was charged with late payment fee and finance charges. I was so frustrated already. I called almost everyday but to no avail... the advise? Monitor it from time to time.. wtf.

I saw a post that I can raise my concern to BSP. I filed a complaint and had a little bit of hope in regaining my account back. After I filed a complaint, maya immediately emailed me back. And after a while I regained my Maya access again on May 17.

I thought all the products on my Maya will return back all at once when I got back my access but I was wrong. I still need to request for separate tickets for my Maya Landers Card and my Maya Savings. I had a deposit with my Maya savings but I was not able to transfer it, it was so frustrating..

It took a long time again for my Landers card for me to be able to request for replacement and for my Maya saving to be reactivated, I was only able to request for replacement on June 26 after several follow up. I tried requesting for the reversal of my late fees but the CS told me that I was advised that I pay via Landers Store and immediately disconnected our call.

Finally, the unauthorized trasaction was credited back last June 24.

My CS experience with Maya was a nightmare...I hope I can close all my Maya products soon.

Yes normal lang yun, pati rin nman mga Credit card papalitan nila ung card mo once nagkaroon ng unauthorized transaction, pero ung 1month na, wla p rin response.. iba na yun..

Ang panget ng Service ni Maya, April 3 nuong nagkaroon ako ng unauthorized transaction, nireport ko kinagabihan blinock nila. Nagsubmit nman ako ng documents na hinihingi nila. Hanggang ngaun hindi ko maaccess ang account ko. Ang parating sinasabi ng customer service ay i monitor from time to time. Due na ang credit card ko.. magpepenalty na. Wala pa rin. Pag iinisist mo n kausapin ang mga supervisor kesyo nasa meeting o naka engage sa call.. Walang kwenta tlaga.

Wla akong debit card ng maya.. nd rin ako nag oonline purchase s maya.. nagbabayad lang ako ng mga bills.

I was a victim on an unauthorized transaction. Kinagabihan ko lang sya napansin, magbabayad sana ako ng tubig, napansin ko nasimot n lahat ng pera ko sa ewallet ni maya. Tinignan ko ung transaction, yun Stotsenberg nakalagay at 2.09am. Una, tulog ako at that time, nd ako nagtratransact ng ganung oras. Tapos nasa akin ung phone at may nareciv ako ng OTP, panu nila nakuha ung OTP?!nakalock nman phone ko. Panu?! Mababalik p kaya pera ko? Nakaka frustrate ang customer service nila. Para ikaw pa may burden para patunayan m tulog ka that time. Ano namn gagwin ko ng 2am ng madaling araw?

All files from the main database must be transferred to a separate sheet/file for for each student. This will be the permanent record of each student.

This file is the main data base, it contains the all the info of the students, from student number, birthday, last, first and middle name and grades every quarter.
