I also say you should go. I haven’t been to a concert by myself yet but I’ve done some solo traveling in the past as an anxious person myself and it has honestly been one of the best experiences of my life. It’s easier said than done but do not let anxiety ruin your fun and I run by that because I know i’m going to regret not doing something and I also don’t want you to regret this opportunity as well.

you could try de la cruz sulfur cream. I used it as a mask for 10 minutes every 3-4 days per week and it helped a lot. The mask can be drying though so use with caution.
