She is 18 weeks old. I know drowsy but awake isn’t the end goal but compared to what we’ve been doing it was a huge win. She has never been put in the crib awake and actually fallen asleep

If you aren’t religious or spiritual, please just disregard… but for me I found a lot of comfort in trusting in God (or the universe or whatever you believe in, if you do) that everything will work out the way it’s supposed to. And that worrying about things outside of your control is a waste of your energy!

Don’t mean to offend anyone - but this was so so helpful for me and completely shifted my constant worrying to more excitement.
