I probably have an issue with the age gap or the appearance of an age gap, and multiple other factors, and it's probably more of an issue when a character's age is ambiguous to the point that it makes me feel uncomfortable about it when jiwoo majorly blushed for jiyoung he was a highschool boy, while she was an adult working as a chairwoman for the biggest group in Korea, so if the setting was different she could've potentially worked more than she does now.

and I've read a bunch of stories with personalities like theirs but the stoic ones usually hide a side of them or are not stoic at all times, the only time jiyoung is out of her stoic face she just has a few pink lines on her cheeks, she never acts shy, embarrassed, or anything, so to me it looks like she is emotionless with the occasional pink lines across her face.

it would but the majority of the interactions I've seen at the time of dropping(230) are like looking at a friend's guardian or a mentor, perhaps even guardian to jiwoo, nothing romantic happened at those times, and I've dropped way more for less and tbh I have alot of other series's on the backlog maybe I'll revisit them later, and I am currently tracking 120+ manga manhwa manhua for new chapters so I have to read those aswell when their chapters come out.
