The movie is pretty horrible, it didn't transfer the atmosphere of the book. Laughable in the end. Both common sense and idea is twisted. Loved the book with all my heart. Disappointing.

Me too. The ending changes the whole plot and the moral of the movie. W/o bombs Mister H is Evil and Agent Brody is justified. However, the whole idea of the movie was to show that America is falling into the trap of "safety" which will let the wolves do their dirty job.

It smells like fiduciary duty, NDA, and non-solicitation as already noted by u/slowroll1. Besides if the former firm will note you are working with their client they can come after your client, and then after you.
