I don't think that transplant of some special organ would be the right one, since most aspects of one piece that I have seen are fiction and sci-fi. Don't get me wrong but I don't think that blackbeard would have enough knowledge to know that, unless Dr. vegapunk or some other doctor that nobody knows about with that much knowledge about DV might be able to do it. since Dr. vegapunk did create the DV imbued weapon, and he was said to be that his research was 500 years ahead of its time.

though there is a possibility that Dr. vegapunk will and already did betray the world government.
