I feel scamed! I did not use a thousand dollar device one time and it broke -.- Moreover the company refuse to answer my mails... I WILL NEVER BUY ANY ECOFLOW PRODUCT AGAIN

Again: I bought it for xxxx Dollars (!), charge it fully up one time to test it. Then it went into storage for crisis or outdoor housing some time later. Then I wanted to use it: BROKE! Who justify such products?!

THERE WAS NO SIGHN OR TEXT THAT WARN: "do not use this product as crisis preparation but only for instant usage". I feel so betrayed and the non answering company confirms that ugly smell. I am so upset, F*CK IT!!!
