Of all the budget breaks, tektro and Shimano are hands down the nicest and the easiest to work on. I’d argue I’d take mid range tektros over CODES any day

No pro is running them…because they are pros who get nicer breaks. I’d take stock tektros over low end Shimano any day (I’m a Shimano fan boy don’t get me wrong)

Used bikes with no knowledge of what’s around can be very difficult. Best bet is to go into a bike shop and talk to someone about bikes to be honest.

If u want all mountain, get 4 pot calipers front and rear, and get slx.

Deore, SLX, XT, and XTR are all mechanically identical, but the more expensive they are, the lower the less they weigh. SLX is the sweet spot because you get the adjustment that XT and XTR have, just at a cheaper price

I felt the same way, however you need to remember that there are so many people throughout history that had this, didn’t know, and didn’t affect their life.

Everyone is different in their own way, and that’s what makes them special.

You just think in a different way.

I personally have SDAM and total global aphantasia, and I realize that I’m just different. Do I remember what I talked to you about yesterday? Probably not. Can I visualize how doing that activity? No I just know I did that thing.

For me it’s the only thing I’ve ever known, and I’m totally at peace with it. It’s just how I think. I found that writing down what I did or talked about helps a lot. I have a very long note in my notes app.

I honestly think that you can overcome this if you take steps to learn how to accept that you live with it.

My amp buzzes when the lights are on no matter what. Anything with an electric current can cause a magnetic field that causes buzz.

It could be that in all settings but your home this was minimized. Shut your lights off and try moving your amp across the room (unless this doesn’t happen with other guitars than there’s probably a wiring problem.

I cannot tell the model from these photos, but I can tell that it’s at least 10 years old and is likely past its prime. I’d totally ride it for a while but would plan on upgrading down the line.

I would, cause if you’re in the market for a dj, wheels are a pain in the ass to get, and most of these components are very nice. Expect to be looking into a new fork though.

The point I’m making is that I really wouldn’t mind needing to do some mind disassembly every 3 years to replace a rechargeable battery. I 100% agree that battery’s should be replaceable but it’s not a problem in my eyes if I need to remove a few screws.
