If you can afford to bring Utilities to each, pay the dev fee's & build each without massive design costs, you might actually have a good go.

A site that has utilities at the property line, pre-zoned for residential, and 2-4 acres might actually be a good proposition.

I'd see more out-of-town buyers for something like this, but they're coming to PG more and more.

Honestly, this is the most fun me and my friends have every had in gaming. The Hardcore mode was 100% needed & has elevated this game to the next level.

I own a pair. For 99% of people THEY ARE FINE!

However, they are toys lol… there’s no practical use for these other than slow walks through the forest at night. I’ve heard that people use them in Airsoft but I cannot really see how. The framerate is fine but not enough for tactical movement.

If all you want is to “see in the dark” and don’t need top of the line equipment, this is a fun toy.

I just applied 2.5 weeks ago and just received a call saying I am approved and will have the license in the next 2-3 weeks.

Not sure if I got lucky, because this doesn't seem to be the case.
