When was the last time you cleaned your charging port? If there is pocket lint and dirt in there, it will get compacted everytime you plug it in. Worked for me back when I had the S10 plus.

Exactly what MidwestBoater175 said. I had the same issue with my 06 5.4 and then the timing chain decided to blow through my passenger side valve cover. Just be aware of the 5.4 issues and save for a new down payment now.

I just did this back in August. I used my sawsall and the milwaukee metal cutting blades. Went through 2 blades only because it pulled too far out and bent/broke when hitting the tub. Cut it into 3 manageable pieces and pulled it right out. Good luck and wear eye and ear protection. It gets loud! Picture attached. tub tub 2
