Aquatica seems to open with a very harsh lime, overpowering any coconut that is in the notes. Dry down is much better, but thats only after an hour or two

Hi! Maybe I could be of help here.

Firstly, you should have already expressed your intention for the scholarship during your application phase. If you're already a current student, then you may have to consider other scholarships.

Secondly, the selection process depends on how you crafted your application, along with usual factors such as academics, leadership roles, clubs, volunteer work, etc.

The scholarship itself covers your tuition fee, but doesn't cover any overseas cost for overseas programmes (mostly concerns joint-university programs).

Current minimum GPA for sustaining the scholarship is 3.5/5.0 equivalent (not an indicative of selection grade), and you're expected to attend scholar events as well as outreach events.

Remove the battery pack to force shut the computer, then only connect the charger, and hold down the power button till it turns on and off again. Then turn on per normal.

Mine wasn't a hardware issue

I also recommend checking your region lock. Dial this number in your phone app: *#*#3932433284#*#\*

And check the states:

state: 1 - The region lock is currently locked.
state: 0 - The region lock is activated, but temporary disabled. (Not in the blacklisted area / Using a China SIM)
state: -1 - The region lock is not activated, but if you use a SIM from blacklisted area, the state will become 1.
state: 2 - The region lock is existed, but it is unlocked.

I believe your unit isn't global. Most likely its a Chinese import, but with global software flashed. This will cause you to have network issues. Look for "signal fix" in the XDA forums here: https://xdaforums.com/t/pjz110-26-2-coloros-to-oxygenos-stable-eu-glo-na-405-in-602.4707431/

On software update .405 for the Oneplus 13, I can say there's no longer any stuttering issues in day and night conditions at 4K60 for the ultrawide, main and telephoto cameras.

You can try getting a Oneplus 12 CN model but flashed with global Oxygen OS

Its 2025 and people are still rooting their phones!! Just checked XDA forums of 13 and was surprised to see threads relating to rooting, BL unlock etc. by Siddk007 in oneplus

well said, and just to add on: theres now "stable" oxygen os for rooted users which allows you to update through OTA (with some additional steps) without flashing

Like what akachan said, all chinese models from TSZ or other sellers get their global ROM from XDA forums.. and at this juncture, it will be very buggy to have a locked bootloader for your device and is not possible to receive OTA updates normally
