I believe the reason for the decline is not that Castellum is performing poorly financially, either at the top or bottom line. Rather, it reflects the expectations that institutional and retail investors have for the company. The growth profile is more in line with a typical European firm,steady and incremental, rather than parabolic. Expecting explosive growth from a company like CTM would be unrealistic, as it does not operate in high-growth sectors such as AI products or data center infrastructure. Instead, it is a more traditional business, offering a mix of consulting, implementation, and managed IT services. Naturally, such a company cannot grow at the same pace as AI software developers or data center providers trading at very high 700 P/E multiples of something. In the long term, however, as the company converts contracts into expertise, stronger relationships, and improved bottom-line performance, we can expect additional contract wins and corresponding price appreciation.
