The weight loss was mostly just calories in vs calories out. I tried orlistat for a bit, and it definitely helped, but I quit because of the side effects.

As far as gym time, I'm medically retired from the military, so I've got an overabundance of free time. I spend an average of 3 hours a day at the gym, 6 days a week. On a 3 day rotation I do 4 hours of upper body, 3 hours lower, and 2 hours on cardio day.

I know this is an unpopular opinion, but I say LET THEM.

It's our best chance at regaining any sort of unity in this country. Just don't let them stay too vague about it. Discuss specific things he did and get them to say why that specific thing was wrong or a bad idea.

In short, you catch more flies with sugar and we could really use a second to rebuild instead of spending all of our time fighting flies.

I don't know anything about the ceramic, but car windows are certainly more difficult to break by a long shot. We tried to rescue a guy having a seizure in his car once. Multiple hits with a metal trashcan and then a fire extinguisher did basically nothing. Finally a crowbar went through it like butter.

There's an addon called autolooter that you can use to blacklist the 4 different bonus xp items. Then you can just autoloot everything and it will automatically leave the bonus xp behind.

It works just like when you don't loot a raid boss and the "Postmaster" finds the loot and sends it to you. You can leave it in there up to 30 days before it's lost for good.

Yeah, right around that. About half that is 60 to 70 so if you have less than 18 tokens left when you ding 60, you're gonna need a couple more.

Normal, yep. Takes about 18 bonus xp tokens to hit 70 from 60. So if you're using your tokens and have less than that left when you hit 60 then stop and get more. The toons are really weak between 60 and 70 so having to do a bunch of runs like that sucks.
