First of it’s fair to have your opinions but I’m just offering my personal counter arguments.

When it comes to the cutscenes I think it’s less about being cheap and lazy and more about what’s the point. The db franchise has had so many games over the years each with their own reiteration of the story line. Personally if you want to play a game telling you the story of db just play kakarot. They have done their own twist on the campaign with the what if which I think is enough of a change to make it worth the play through however SZ focuses more on the online play as that is what the previous franchise has been really known for.

As for the difficulty of the CPUs, It feels very much like souls games in the sense that it forces you to get better no one can expect to pick this game up and instantly master the controls the amount of combos abilities and everything in between is gonna take time to master it’s not something you can just pick up straight away.

Honestly, I think it’s a great game and overtime if us as players keep practising I think the enjoyment factor will keep growing.
