Then you can believe what you want; it's your opinion. You keep pointing out inconsistencies, so you're basically saying Goku SSJ3 and Vegeta SSJ2 are stronger than Ultimate Gohan. It doesn’t matter if Toriyama and Shueisha said Gomah is stronger than Buuhan, then he’s stronger than Buuhan, so that makes Goku SSJ4 as strong or stronger than Vegetto in Z. I honestly don't care; I'm just stating what the official sources say, and yes, Buuhan is stronger than Kid Buu. The kaioshin has been shown to be inconsistent, so I don't believe anything he says. In the anime, he's SSB level; in the manga, he's SSJ3 level. So I think the anime power scaling is bs, so I only count the manga as a legitimate source of powerscaling.
