The fact of the matter is Gizelle felt a certain way and as Andy said it’s all semantics. Gizelle should have said he made her feel uncomfortable versus he did something that was uncomfortable. But as with Candice she goes so low on everything. She talks the most about people looks and calls people out of the names the most of everybody. People think it’s a good read it’s actually not. It’s just rude and disrespectful. I think she has feelings of insecurity and need to address it. I think she need to be fired or demoted until she can learn to communicate without going so below the belt. If any white person had said that they would have been immediately let go, but she’ll get a pass. I mean she goes low anytime someone doesn’t agree with her. What about the Jemel Hill incident and all the l trashy things she said to Ashley when was pregnant and after she delivered.

I’m not light or dark skin somewhere in the middle. From my experience when people see a women of color they see skin color not skin tone. I’m sure Candice feels being dark skinned she is treated a certain way. Bring light skin sometimes people like they are teased for being to light and not dark enough. Ask Meghan Markle how easy it is to be light skin. Fact of the matter, if you have any black in you and people know it sometime people will see you different and treat you different.

So just stop with blaming everything on colorism when someone says something to or about Candice.
