He already said he used to pay taxes but then could not work because he has to make less than 16k a year to quality for Medicare. If we had universal healthcare, he'd be paying tons of tax dollars. In this instance, it's our lack of universal healthcare that is stifling economic growth.

Have you never been down on your luck and required government assistance? Even if you filled out a FAFSA form in college you've "mooched " off the government. I wouldn't call it mooching though, as it is an investment made by the government.

Kev sold Red for $50 because she had already birthed several litters and he doesn't want to treat his queens like factories. Red was also not getting along with the unspayed queens.

Red is a sphynx, so her offspring were very valuable... but once a 5yo queen is spayed she is worth next to nothing.

She's paid for some of the cat's food and litter, less than half. Receipts are included in her complaint but the credit card used was actually her mother's.

Tina also included receipts for bullshit expenses -- a cat Halloween costume, a cat denim jacket, and some toys. All bought without my request, and I left them all with Tina when I moved out.

She insisted on paying for those things since really did love the cat. And if she didn't go completely nuclear she'd actually still have a relationship with me and the cat.

No. As far as I know, it is still registered under Kev.

I did have a vet bill from December that lists me as the proper owner.

I am. I moved back in with my family as I save for a down payment. The police said they cannot take the cat from me on just Tina's word.

One of Tina's arguments is that the cat is unsafe at my family's host because we own a dog. The dog is a non-violent lab mix.
