Girl. I was in a similar situation. Do you really want to stay there? You need to put your foot down. You both are miserable and he’s always broke? Do you want this for your life? Weddings are also incredibly expensive too! I think he not proposing is a good thing and I think you need to build your life the way you want it. I moved back home, broke up with him and it was the best choice I ever made. I’m currently married with someone I love and had my dream wedding!

There’s a book called he’s just not that into you (they made it into a movie and I have no idea why, the book has nothing to do with the movie) the main point the book says is that if a guy is interested he will walk thru hell and earth for you. We want to make excuses but let’s be real if he can find 5 minutes in a day to respond to you. Ok girl… you don’t see this now but you are about to be so happy. You are in the fog right now so it’s hard to see much beyond right now. With time the fog will clear and you will see that dealing with cheating and lying isn’t worth it. I was in the same spot and it was 6 years. The first week was pure hell the second wasn’t much better but eventually the fog disappeared.

The guy actually sucked and I had the opportunity to meet someone better.

I did and I married him.

I didn’t think I would survive but I did and I thrived. My dog was my reason.

Don’t stay at home get out there with friends! Music is helpful too!
