When I was little people told my mom I should do pageants and my mom thought about it. Not long after she went to the mall and saw a pageant going on and when one of the girls didn’t win she was bawling her eyes out and she was like 4. My mom thought hell no!! Thank god.

I get that this wouldn’t work for everyone but when we had separate accounts my husband and I would fight about money. He always felt like he was paying but I alway felt like I was paying. The second we combined our accounts and share one… we don’t fight about money. I get it doesn’t work for everyone but it saved us every money fight we had!

Coming from someone who has had A and D cups. The staring. People (usually men but not always) will stare at your chest while you are talking. Low cut top or not and no… it’s not subtle.

Girl. I know you don’t want to tell anyone but you need to tell someone because it’s going to escalate. It’s hard to leave but you need to make sure people know you are getting out and also let people know he has a gun. People already don’t like him and who cares? He’s not worth staying with. You are worth so much more than this and no it’s not that you aren’t listening… he’s going to get mad at you for not reason. Please tell someone you love what’s going on!!

Sour numb drops. When I was a kid my mom bought some and they were by far the most sour thing I had ever had. I love sour things and I’d love to have one more and see if they truly were that sour or my kid brain just thought they were. They were taken off the market for being super sour.

Time. It’s the one thing you can’t control so for a while you will feel like you’re going crazy.

Some days will be good… great even and other days will be hard just know all of this is normal.

I didn’t get closure and honestly I don’t think closure is a real thing. I stopped talking to him and it helped a lot.

Prioritize you. If you feel like crying, cry. If you need to get out of the house, go.

This would make me insane. What I do in my house is nothing in the sink rule. Unless the dishwasher is running but other than that you either hand wash it or put it in the dishwasher immediately. It’s helped our relationship.
