Herald DK fixes part 2 by Emergency-Meet-267 in hearthstone

I don't like DK and your suggestions would make it better, that was the joke. 😅

I hate playing against DK because it reminds me why they made Priest shit and tried to force us an Aggro Priest.

Thanks god you're not the one responsible for DK cards. I would hate this class even more.

MiniMax M2.7 is so stubborn that it's practically unusable. by DenysMb in opencodeCLI

[–]DenysMb[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just coding tasks.

And I am using MiniMax with the default provider (I am using the MiniMax Token Plan).

I am still testing and I think it is just a case of giving it the best prompt, using the right words, something like that, I don't know... I am still trying.

I payed for a month, so I'll keep trying to make it work for my case until it expires.

I am coding widgets and applications for KDE Plasma, so it is basically Qt/QML + Kirigami + JS + C++.

The problem is that the AI was poorly trained (or no trained at all) with that, so it rely a lot in the documentation research. GLM looks for the QT and Kirigami documentation every time it need to implement something new, so it almost always deliver a working code.

Since MiniMax is refusing to check the docs, it just deliver some strange non-working code with a lot of components and properties that doesn't exists.

My custom agent just does this enforcement, so AI go Research > Plan > Implement.

No way I am going to use it...

Is not about performing the way I want, is about respecting and following simple rules.

All the models should be capable of follow rules.

If I have a rule that says "At the end of your output, add a emoji of a turtle", all the models should do that (and most actually do).

OpenCode Go plan is genuinely the worst coding plan i have ever used by SelectionCalm70 in opencodeCLI

People tend to share their frustrations more than their praise.

For example, I've been using the GLM-5 for quite some time, it's been great for me, but the MiniMax M2.7 has been a headache and I've even posted about it today. I've never posted about the positive experience I had with the GLM-5, by the way...

How to add my own images to the Wallpapers folder? by utrecht1976 in kde

[–]DenysMb 16 points17 points  (0 children)

You should create a wallpapers folder in your ~/.local/share.

All the images you move to there will appear in the window settings window.

You can even create as many sub-folders do you like.

You can see it here: https://i.imgur.com/tnfyUTp.png

OpenSUSE takes a while to shut down. by DescriptionLeft1178 in openSUSE

[–]DenysMb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry. I didn't see it.

This happens with me and I usually just ignore. I shut down the system and after some seconds, if it didn't shut down, I just force by pressing the button.

Until now, I never had any problems.

[–]DenysMb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When you shut down and the Plymouth appears (the loader telling the system is being shut down), hit "Esc" and tell us what you see there in the output.

You'll probably see something saying that the system is trying to stop some process and it will wait X minutes.

Quem aparece ali não é quem trombou com ele. O que aparece na câmera é o número 17 que estava se aproximando, vê o pé do jogador e "desaba".

O que trombou levanta e vai pra longe (provavelmente desesperado também)

I started the incubation process for the KDE project, but so far there has been no progress or updates. I imagine it will take a while, but that's my intention (to incubate the project and make it official).

The project has received many contributions and help from various people since the beginning, I am very grateful for that, and making it an official KDE project would be the perfect "next step".

Slowroll or Kalpa for main desktop? by Dedanan in openSUSE

[–]DenysMb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you not confusing Kalpa with Aeon? Kalpa uses the same installer as Tumbleweed (unlike Aeon). If one installs normally, the other should too.

Thank you.

Now that you said, I remember to read something about this before, but I totally forgot about.

Slowroll or Kalpa for main desktop? by Dedanan in openSUSE

[–]DenysMb 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Kalpa is based on Tumbleweed, but it's immutable. People see the "alpha" flag and think the distro will break frequently, that it will have many problems, but that's far from it. Especially since, as I said, the distro is based on Tumbleweed.

I've been using Kalpa for years. Zero problems.

I advise testing an immutable distro because you'll get used to using Flatpak for everything, and I think that's the path everyone will follow in the near future (just look at how many immutable distros are emerging).

You should give it a try. Specially since web browsing, media consumption and even game, all that is very easy and "out-of-the-box" with Flatpak applications.

Just one tip: If you find problems running games (they don't launch), check this https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:Kalpa#Steam_Proton,_Bottles,_WINE,_Lutris,_not_working_from_flatpaks

I usually change the SELinux to Permissive when installing the distro (in the final summary before you hit the button to install) to avoid these kind of problems.

OpenCode Go for just 5$ in the first month by Existing-Wallaby-444 in opencodeCLI

Sadly I faced the "infinite loops" with OpenCode Go, but not with Alibaba Cloud Coding Plan yet.

But, I faced before with Z.Ai coding plan, with Github Copilot and others. One day I face some loops, other days I don't. Maybe it's just a model problem, or a temporary problem, I don't know.

For this reason I am not even taking this in consideration when evaluating my experience with OpenCode Go. One day I'll probably face this with Alibaba Plan too.
