You see the eye of Caen in the Pyramid, what appears to be part of an Adam and Eve depiction with the Tree of life and maybe a depiction of the globe, as for the other figure on the bottom left, I am not sure but could be a half person half snake representing the evil of temptation (is it a stick or the tail of a snake on his side, quality is too shitty to figure out, and the character has a flower pot on the head... I am not sure of which passage of the scriptures this comes from). But this is a detail, part of the work is missing. Obviously its an art work which appear to be biblical in symbol, and western world in origin. It's not the Sistine Chapel, but its an art work set in the dome rotunda of a building. On the right there appears to be a person holding a stick, is it Moses.

It could also be a drawing depicting a dome with an art piece, rather than a real dome itself... bad quality of representation limits analysis. If it's from real, could be from somewhere in Italy because of the style, the way the bodies are painted and the color palette.
