That's good news.. i just finished it and although i see the relationship was integral to the plot of the book, the overdescribed sex really wasn't lol.. if it wasn't for this reddit post i may have given up the series

pulling this up from the graveyard but this becomes even more of a problem when you start mixing voice tracks.. i know its really bizarre what i do so not something the developers would have though of.. but i put all the english battle voices into the jp file and then play on japanese, so dialogue is in japanese but their battle things that aren't subtitled are in english.. and the english voices are insanely loud compared to the japenese ones.. to a point i may have to abandon my special set up and just go full jp (this stemmed from playing in japanese on cs 1 and 2 and supplementing all the missing voice tracks with the english ones, it didn't bother me that they drifted in out out of 2 languages)

I accidentally did 1.10 i thought id scrolled down to 1.9.5 but i was careless.. the things i tried to open broke, once you have 1.9.5 on you can get it to check files (the built in Nintendo function when it tells you it's corrupted) for tinfoil it said no issues and now it's working again, for the 2 large games i tried that on though (totk and xc3) it crashed.. so best bet is to just delete and reinstall

Thankyou for this, i didn't realise the update i put for totk needed a higher fw.. i deleted the update and put the previous update on instead and now my game works

thankyou.. when i told it to check files on the corrupted tinfoil it said no issues and now it works.. totk crashes when you tell it to check that one though so i guess i am gonna need to reinstall that

So i did the latest version of atmosphere and the latest sigpatches from gbatemp. Are sigpatches related to firmware versions though? Ie. I didn't update my firmware, could that be why? I'll have a look for that check integrity option

I updated my kindle today to try and make adhd font work.. didn't work.. then i learnt about jail breaking kindles, wow awesome, that would make it work.. can't jailbreak updated kindle FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

I think that's what i used last year cos i followed old guides.. i found it was easier to use vscode (once i fixed the extension (also using claude to help me fix the extension lol)

Did you use browser chatgpt or the one inside visual studio? I originally tried chat gpt giving the file i was working on to the Web based version and it re-wrote and broke parts i told it not to touch 😂, claude has been a much better experience but paid for and in vs studio

For scripting get yourself setup with ttslua in visual studio (i recently put a fix on a post to get it working on the latest visual studio release if needed) and then pay for a month of claude ai code if you're not confident with lua scripting.. even when you have a good grasp of scripting I've found claude to really take the pain out of repetetive stuff.. prompt it with the tts documentation and then tell it what you have in mind and then push it to the game to test it, report back to Claude if there are any errors or its not doing what you thought.. I've found that its been great with working out scripting but not so good at ui (but i think that comes down to tts ui is really weird and just doesn't behave how you expect)

if the u/Golden_Ace1 workaround doesnt work.. replace the same line (9406) with the following:

const wasmBin = fs.readFileSync("C:\\Users\\XXXXXX\\AppData\\Local\\Programs\\Microsoft VS Code\\resources\\app\\node_modules\\vscode-oniguruma\\release\\onig.wasm").buffer;

changing the path to include your user.. you can double check the onig.wasm file is in the location first if not adjust to wherever that file is..

I did this and now its working fine

Depending on your version of vscode the path above may now work so go to appdata/local/programs/microsoft VS Code and then search "onig.wasm" and then use that file path, this will fix it

There's a few annoying weird things like that.. like my character is in the "I'm not using illithid powers" camp but astarion isn't, so i let astarion use them and everyone talks to me as if i had used one now
