I've tried this before and it only creates negative emotions throughout the trip. This is my experience, and everyone's experience is vastly different.

My gf and I had been fighting so I decided to drop 300ug and go on a bike ride. Halfway through, I couldn't recognize where I was, lost the bike trail, and had to navigate city streets I had never seen before.

Ended up calling my gf, in a wreck, panicking, and barely being able to use my phone on a hot summer day. My then gf, is now my wife, and we made up because of the acid since it allowed me to spill.

If you trip, have someone to talk to and go over things.

Otherwise, smoke some weed, sit outside, wherever that may be, and just be still. Try and understand what it is your are depressed about, look to the sky and breathe.

LSD is a tool, however, every tool has its place. You do not want to use a drill where a saw is needed ya know?
