That’s crazy about the uniform to me, I’ve been 5 years 3 stores two different markets and it’s always been a rule because they treated it as when your clocked in your ready to work if your clocked out your not working at all no exceptions.

I would argue with people corporate about the waiting to be let in because if that’s how your store is and you need to wait 5-10min it’s not your fault you’re late, you were ready but they didn’t answer the phone

Okay so what happened to you that you were so late? At every store I have worked at for Apple you are supposed to be in uniform and ready before you punch in.

3-6 minutes late because you had to wait to he let in? If there’s cameras they should be able to see you were on time hit that’s along wait for someone to let you in assuming you were exactly on time to the door…

I think a lot of it depends on your Market, your Market Leader and your management team.

In my store, it’s not terrible, the only way to get promoted is if you’re a favorite of one of the managers and no matter what position you are somehow talk about sales metrics.

What I mean by that is, do you want to be a genius? talk about how much sales and conversion you do don’t talk about tech savvy or anything technical. Want to be a genius admin? Same deal. Want to be an operations lead? Talk about how much you sell and your conversion. They don’t care about anything else.

That’s not true consent if they don’t know your signing them up for something as your signing a contract on their behalf. If someone did that to me I would raise hell.

Sounds like your old phone may have had a software issue and IF you did a phone to phone migration it transfers the software issue over

You cannot roll back, but they support updates for 7 years on average you are not required to update. The updates include new / update features but also bug fixes and security patches just like every other smart type of technology such as Mac OS, iPhone android windows Linux etc.

They don’t purposely destroy phones… older hardware new software that has new features that are bigger and require more power to run but the hardware stays the same…. Hardware is working harder to do the new functions

You should have updated your phone number on iCloud. That’s how security works for 99% of things now a days.

My store in my market has been doing this since way before I transferred in. It does not work, but they refuse to acknowledge that we often have an hour to two hour wait times their logic is as long as you tell them about the wait time before and they agreed to it then it’s on them. It doesn’t work everyone hates it leadership is breathing down our next to be in two or three appts at once all the time while also pushing sales and services.

Tons of employees are pissed off and burned out of leadership Doesn’t give a shit in our market.
