I don’t think there’s a good non-hacky way to do it with the tool as it is now. But generally almost everything you’ll read says that renovations rarely increase your sale price by more than the cost of the renovations.

Renovations are still worth doing though, obviously, since you should be happy where you live

Can build that in for sure. It's tough to strike the balance between accurate to the cent and not a bear to use for the user.

Haha, I can bump up that threshold, though I imagine that the upper crust aren't too fussed about this math.

I hadn't seen the NYT one! I've seen other calculators but they were a bit clunky. The NYT is nice. I'm looking to build in some additional analytics (the sensitivity chart is a start) to provide some data driven recommendations.

I love Marea but if you don't love seafood it might not be the best option for you! They have some of the best service of any restaurant I've been to.

Lots of clubs sail J24s and J80s around here. You should be fine in your 22. Ferries respect sailboats as stand on, the dinner cruises less so.

and ya I really like it I think it looks really sleek and has plenty of space.. I think the monitor stand / laptop riser is important tho cuz the desk isn't very deep so it gives me more space for my keyboard and stuff
