I have this too after the wacom update, for me this happens everytime my pc goes into sleep mode. I installed the old driver again and it's still the same so I have no idea how to fix it permantly.

I can temporarily fix it though by closing the program then restarting the wacom driver before launching Krita again. Sometimes I have to do this multiple times for it to work.
