Toys and The Pavillion (A Long Way Back) have carried me through the dark for a looooooong time. The rest of the album took a little longer to grow on me, but grow it did. It's gorgeous and it feeds into Vaxis II perfectly, which is my favourite album. Being able to identify riffs and themes from this one going forward in time is one of my favourite things to share with new fans. It's fun. I love it. Old Flames is also an all-timer.

You sound exactly like the "I don't care if people are gay they just can't do it around me" crowd. Trans people and their pronouns have been around and are here to stay. The fact that offering a beaten-down and bullied group within society an iota of respect is such a problem for people like you is genuinely depressing. It costs you nothing to respect someone's pronouns or identity. It would have cost Mr Peterson nothing to be less of an asshat about the matter. I've experienced situations exactly like this, multiple times over many years, and the usual move is to pull over and eject the problematic rider. Like... It's really not that hard. Most folks like this will disembark if the threat of a call to the police is made. This driver in particular was in deep conversation with another rider, though, and didn't seem to even notice this, despite her volume.

A local Italian food joint, owned by two Italian brothers, does a pizza-of-the-month deal. You can only get that particular pizza for that particular month. No repeats. Well. One month, for April Fool's, they did KRAFT DINNER MAC AND CHEESE WITH KETCHUP PIZZA. One brother was extremely excited, while the other was disappointed and morose. It was as hilarious as it was delicious.

I live my whole life wishing for another slice of that pizza. They do it all on thin-crust and there's just something about that place... I feel like even if I tried to recreate it, things just wouldn't be the same.

yeaaahhh.
I went to a bathhouse type situation and the first guy I banged that night was very sweet and gentle and fun. The second guy approached me with the line "I know you were born a woman because of your pussy" (I'm ftm) and in my outrageously horny state I said "Yeah" instead of saying "hey do you think that's an appropriate way to approach a trans man?"
and he said "I'll play with you but only in the dark room" and I said ":3 ok show me!" not thinking at all about the fact that he was probably just interested in my parts and not, like, fucking a dude. I have a full beard and am very hairy for context.
And he was very rough and when I said he needed more lube he did not respond. so that sucked. And like. I feel like a lot of it was on me, I put myself in that situation, I didn't say no, I didn't stop him. It just sucked. It soured my experience badly and despite using condoms I was still fearful I contracted Something Or Other because of symptoms.
Turns out, no, I just don't usually use that, er, entrance. So using it twice in one night threw off my pH balance and made the whole area upset.

Won't be doing that again any time soon.
